Constant Gardener & Flight Schedule

We watched Constant Gardner last night. I remember wanting to see it in the theater, but as usual, did not make it there. It was a great movie. It was filmed in Nairobi and Northern Kenya near Loki . We will be flying into Nairobi and taking a charter out of Loki to Turalei. It was interesting to see some of the culture and the people. Most of the general crowds were just Kenyans that live there. They were often unscripted and spontaneous. For example when the female lead is walking through the village area and all the kids are asking her "how are you" "how are you"... that was unscripted and unexpected, but they kept it in the film. The slums shown outside of Nairobi are similar to what I have seen and experienced in Africa before. I have seen extreme poverty, but it was usually within eyesight of moderate wealth. Sudan will be so much different. We will be in the middle of the desert. There is NO electric, plumbing, mostly no actual buildings, just huts. It will be unlike anything I have experienced before. It is a bit daunting to contemplate.

For those asking for details... here they are. As usual... lots of prayer is requested.
