Kerry and I are heading to Ghana on Nov. 5.  We will be visiting a small village called Noka.  We are going with a small team of people to provide some basic medical/first aid assistance as well as to partner with a church there for long term development.  We will be getting to know the people in the village and assessing their needs in the areas of health, safety and education.  We will be meeting with the villagers and church members to set some long term goals for our partnership. Our team goal is to not swoop in with supplies and western solutions, but to work with the villagers and find long term sustainable solutions within the village and surrounding areas.

Anya and Alora are very excited for us and look forward to the day they can come with to help.  They remember Africa in their prayers nightly and show an amazing amount of compassion and empathy for young children.

Financial support is tax deductible and can be sent to Ginghamsburg Church 6759 South County Road 25A Tipp City, OH 45371.  Please write "Penner - Ghana " in the memo line.  I will be posting more details and info soon and we thank you for your interest and support in our ongoing efforts to share Jesus' love with his children in Africa.
